Complaints

There were complaints. In Petersburg there were dissenting opinions. In large numbers. More on that later. Sometimes complaints were not accepted, but after a publication on the violations site there was a call to the commission and the commission accepted the complaint.

Problems#

TEC websites stopped accepting complaints in advance. The Goryachy Klyuch example. The Moscow City Court. The CEC. They walled themselves off completely.

And there were errors. Someone figured out that it goes out without attachments.
